The property is on the first floor (no elevator) and consists of: spacious living room with kitchenette and one-and-a-half size sofa bed, one double bedroom, one bedroom with bunk bed, one bedroom with single bed, and two bathrooms.

The apartment also features a side outdoor terrace.

Equipped with: dishwasher, washing machine, TV, air conditioning, and WiFi.

One parking space included.

Beach place included through the local consortium (ONLY DURING THE OPENING PERIOD OF THE BEACH FACILITY).

Not available for groups of young people.

Total sleeping capacity: 5+1.

Pets are allowed only upon request.

Prices do not include:
-tourist tax: to pay on arrival, equal to € 1.00 per person per night (max. 10 days, not applicable to children under 10)
-linen (bed linen, towels, tablecloths…)

-cot rental: € 20 per week
-extra bed: € 20 per week
-bed linen € 20 per person

-if not included with the apartment, you can book a place on the beach in person at one of the various Beach Consortiums. Upon request, the Agency can provide the contact details of the head lifeguard.
Warning:
The tenant must take the utmost care of the apartment and the domestic equipment therein (kitchenware, fridge, mattresses, etc.). Any broken or damaged items must be paid for at market prices.
To guarantee that these rules are correctly followed and that the apartment is left clean and tidy by the time stated, the customer must pay Marina Immobiliare S.A.S. a damage deposit of € 100.00 when they pick up their keys. This non-interest-bearing deposit will be returned at the end of the rental period, after the apartment has been inspected.
