In the central area of Piazza Aurora, 500 mt. from the sea, flat in residence with swimming pool on the first and second floor, with equipped terrace, consisting of: living room, kitchenette, n. 3 double bedrooms, n. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, n. 2 bathrooms. Washing machine, dishwasher, TV, air conditioning, WIFI. N. 1 parking space included. Beach place excluded: it is possible to book the beach place at the Consorzio. Total beds: 8. Cannot be booked for groups of young guys.

Terms and conditions 
Prices do not include:
-tourist tax: to pay on arrival, equal to € 1.00 per person per night (max. 10 days, not applicable to children under 10)
-linen (bed linen, towels, tablecloths…)
Services available on request:
-cot rental: € 20 per week
-extra bed: € 20 per week
-bed linen € 20 per person
​-towels € 15 per person
-if not included with the apartment, you can book a place on the beach in person at one of the various Beach Consortiums. Upon request, the Agency can provide the contact details of the head lifeguard.
Warning:
The tenant must take the utmost care of the apartment and the domestic equipment therein (kitchenware, fridge, mattresses, etc.). Any broken or damaged items must be paid for at market prices.
To guarantee that these rules are correctly followed and that the apartment is left clean and tidy by the time stated, the customer must pay Marina Immobiliare S.A.S. a damage deposit of € 100.00 when they pick up their keys. This non-interest-bearing deposit will be returned at the end of the rental period, after the apartment has been inspected.
