Apartment on the ground floor, composed of: living room with double sofa bed, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower and private garden. Washing machine, dishwasher, TV, air conditioning, WIFI. N. 1 Parking place is included. Beach place is not included: It is possible to book a beach place at the beach consortium. Total bed places: 2+2 Rentable only to families.

Terms and conditions 
Prices do not include:
-tourist tax: to pay on arrival, equal to € 1.00 per person per night (max. 10 days, not applicable to children under 10)
-linen (bed linen, towels, tablecloths…)
Services available on request:
-cot rental: € 20 per week
-extra bed: € 20 per week
-bed linen € 20 per person

-if not included with the apartment, you can book a place on the beach in person at one of the various Beach Consortiums. Upon request, the Agency can provide the contact details of the head lifeguard.
Warning:
The tenant must take the utmost care of the apartment and the domestic equipment therein (kitchenware, fridge, mattresses, etc.). Any broken or damaged items must be paid for at market prices.
To guarantee that these rules are correctly followed and that the apartment is left clean and tidy by the time stated, the customer must pay Marina Immobiliare S.A.S. a damage deposit of € 100.00 when they pick up their keys. This non-interest-bearing deposit will be returned at the end of the rental period, after the apartment has been inspected.
