The rooms are bright and well laid out: a living room with a kitchenette and a double sofa bed, a double bedroom with an additional single bed, a twin bedroom and two bathrooms. The furnished terrace is perfect for al fresco dining and relaxing in the sea breeze.

The flat is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, TV, air conditioning and Wi-Fi, and offers everything you need for a comfortable and peaceful holiday.

The property also includes a reserved parking space. A beach pitch is not included but can be booked through the local consortium.

Total sleeping capacity: 4 + 2 + 1.

The property cannot be rented to groups of young people.

Pets are permitted only on request.

Prices do not include:
-tourist tax: to pay on arrival, equal to € 1.00 per person per night (max. 10 days, not applicable to children under 10)
-linen (bed linen, towels, tablecloths…)

-cot rental: € 20 per week
-extra bed: € 20 per week
-bed linen € 20 per person

-if not included with the apartment, you can book a place on the beach in person at one of the various Beach Consortiums. Upon request, the Agency can provide the contact details of the head lifeguard.
Warning:
The tenant must take the utmost care of the apartment and the domestic equipment therein (kitchenware, fridge, mattresses, etc.). Any broken or damaged items must be paid for at market prices.
To guarantee that these rules are correctly followed and that the apartment is left clean and tidy by the time stated, the customer must pay Marina Immobiliare S.A.S. a damage deposit of € 100.00 when they pick up their keys. This non-interest-bearing deposit will be returned at the end of the rental period, after the apartment has been inspected.
